Miraphone 1291 5v BBb tuba, serial number BBb1291-9166659, lacquer, 4 piston, 1 rotor .834″, 18 1/2″ bell diameter, 36.5″ tall, 23 lbs, with original hard case and gig bag.
The tuba was involved in a rehearsal hall accident when new. Eric & I have serviced it, and have done dent work, being careful to not damage the lacquer. If you are looking for a large & powerful BBb at an excellent price, I would recommend this tuba. There is minor cosmetic imperfections, but the tuba is otherwise as-new, with excellent valves, slides, and excellent playing characteristics. The case and bag (and mouthpiece) are all like-new………………..$8,595.00

The 206N Eb is of traditional European construction, with modern valve linkage for trouble-free performance. A flat-whole-step 5th rotor makes the low range very accessible, and response is quick and sure. The sound of this nickel-plated tuba is unique, able to blend easily in a small ensemble, yet project well enough to be heard in larger ensembles.
